Zoe Oates, RN
Nutritionist & Exercise Specialist
Hi, I’m Zoe! I’m a registered nutritionist with a passion for helping people feel their best through the powerful connection between food, the gut, and the brain. As a mum myself, I know how important it is to have the energy, focus, and emotional balance to show up for family and life and I love supporting others on that journey.
Here at Neurotherapy Australia, I bring a nutrition lens to brain health, to support clients through what we call Neuro Nutrition. The food we eat has a direct impact on brain function nutrients can boost memory, sharpen focus, support mood, and even help the brain adapt and recover more effectively. I help clients use nutrition to fuel their brain so they can think clearer, feel calmer, and have more energy for everyday life.
I also offer personalised nutrition plans and a focus on habits-based coaching. This way we can see exactly what your body needs and how food choices can support both your brain and overall wellbeing.
Outside of work, I’m a mum of two, a plant-based athlete, and someone who believes that small, consistent steps with food and lifestyle can completely transform the way we feel and function.
